The Football
World Cup will take place in Qatar in 2022. This sports event is being
questioned due to a suspicious result in the choice of the next world cup emplacement
and briberies. The problems the FIFA will have to face are:
- Economic interests and politic influences.
- If the world cup is in Qatar, there will be many problems because of the heat, and if it is celebrated in winter, it’s a problem for the European League (Champions and Europe League), which will be interrupted for two months and the Winter Games.
- If it takes place in winter, it will coincide with the Super Bowl, interrupting it’s broadcast.
- The number of dead workers during the construction, due to the high temperatures.
Some people,
like Jim Boyce, the FIFA’S vice-president, suggested to do a new voting and
choose a new place.
